TEST 2019
This year I had the opportunity to paint a mural within the project Test curated by Pascual Arnal.
After having access to different family photographs of several neighbors I decided to paint Encarna and her two daughters on a Sunday afternoon in 1968, thank you for letting me be part of this story and for your hospitality.
Thanks to all the neighbors and to Pascual for his patience and confidence.

Curated by: Sabotaje Al Montaje
After a few days in Fuerteventura this is the mural on which Alba and I have worked until yesterday, many thanks to Kino Matias and Aday for working daily to make this possible and for making us feel at home. Granollers (Spain), 2018
This is the second of the two murals we have made on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the bombings in Granollers during the civil war. The idea of the two murals revolves around everything that causes war beyond violence and destruction and focuses on how this period unfolds inside houses and not on the battlefield.
Many thanks to all the people who have worked to make this possible and to Roca Umbert, Aryz and GR170 for trusting in our work.

Monte San Giusto (Italy), 2018
This last week I have been painting a mural for the Clown&Clown festival, an association dedicated to making the lives of children with illnesses or at risk of exclusion a better place. Until the last moment I was not clear how to approach this project and finally decided to make a birthday party because I think it is one of the few moments in which children really receive the attention and affection of adults without the need to be sick or in a bad situation. Many thanks to Mauro and Morden Gore for making this possible. Giovanni and Mattia for being there throughout the process and to all the neighbors of Monte San Giusto for their generosity.
Ragusa (Italy), 2018
This is my second mural in Ragusa. It is located just on the other side of the previous one. The main idea was to make a diptych with the same people dancing from another point of view, but just before starting to paint I thought maybe it would be more interesting to paint something that was not a human figure. But it was important to keep the essence of the previous one. The two murals are a tribute to the elderly. Those are the people that I talk the most during my interventions. On the one hand I liked the idea of painting two old people in an active way and not in a serene and rested pose (that is how we usually see them) and on the other I think we all remember the house of our grandparents or our parents with those tables in the entrance to the house full of objects and photos of the children and grandchildren.
Many thanks to all the people of festiwall for making all this possible, Antonio and Vincenzo for the invitation and especially for Nora and Lara for taking care of me
Lioni (Italy), 2018
Biennale Angelo Garofalo
These days I had the opportunity to paint at Lioni as part of the Angelo Garofalo Biennale. It is a festival in honor of Angelo, a local painter who died a few years ago. Both the mural and the brindis go in his honor.
Many thanks to all the people of Lioni for their hospitality and their good treatment. Especially Angela, Tina, Ferdinando, Dario, Emiliano and above all the great Antonio Sena for doing all this possible and for taking care of all the details.
I hope i'll be to return to Lioni soon!
Los Angeles, California (USA) 2018
These last two days I have been working on this wall in Los Angeles downtown. Lately I feel the need to paint with more vivid and cold colors than I used to. I guess it's a time for a change. I want to thank once again my good friends at PDP Gallery. Mat for taking care that everything goes well and Alexander for his hospitality.

Werchter (Belgium), 2018
North West Walls
These days I have been painting in Belgium with Alba Trench. In a few days, the enclosure where the mural is located will be full of people partying. We thought it was fun to remind them what their first parties looked like. How with two balloons, four plastic plates and a paper crown they could get then the same feeling that is achieved in a festival with a logistics of this magnitude.
Thank you to all the people who have worked to make it possible and to Arne Quinze for trusting in my work.
